The water damage shown on these photos was a result of a broken drain pipe at a grocery store.  As soon as the property manager noticed the water damage, they hired our SERVPRO Professionals to perform an emergency mitigation service.  Our technicians ran a test for moisture and determined that water intrusion slowly leaked through the wall.  Upon removing the drywall and sheet rock, they discovered mold build up underneath; therefore, they contained the area immediately.  The drywall had decomposed due to black mold and other parts of the wall was deteriorating.  After the water had been extracted, our technicians utilized the proper drying equipment to make sure the surface is completely dry.  When the job was done, our customer was extremely satisfied with our response time and for handling their emergency water damage.
